Actually never ate one at all and have no need. Ate raw lobster with the head still alive, ate a full fish, head tail and all.

Ate a fish cooked in middle but still moving on the plate, had to stick skewers on both ends so it does jump off your plate.

And lots and lots and lots of sake.
