Last August Sporting News did a top 50 nhl affiliated prospects list. Three Kings were on the list - Turcotte at 16, Kupari at 30, Grundstrom at 41.
No Bjornfort, no Anderson Dolan, no Vilardi
Podkozlin was on the list at 15 along with Hughes at 12
Hughes is no longer a prospect
Vilardi
Yes 9 points in 12 games in the AHL is awful for a 20 year old who’s missed most of the last three years.
Doyle defending Vilardi’s development with the “injury card”, but won’t give Juolevi the same honour????
Doyle, give it up on Vilardi. Jason Allison and Dana Murzyns love child can skate circles around him
Yeah I don’t think vilardi is gonna be much more than bottom 6 guy (3rd liner) if he can get his wheels under him. Is kaliyev that weird ass guy that doesn’t play d?

But Juolevi will become a top pairing guy right?

Head to head, by draft year, between LA and Vancouver who did better in the last 6 drafts?

Don’t know. That wasn’t the original point. I’m done here. Can’t reason with a troll.

I will save you the time, Benning did better in all of the last 6 draft classes. The only close one is 2019

I doubt that, hopefully he becomes a 3-4, or used as trade bait, with tyramkin coming back and rathbone looking pretty legit that left side is gonna be a bit crowded. I think Turcotte is gonna be good, but I definitely wouldn’t trade our young guys for any other young core outside of Colorado’s.

The original question was to who had the better prospect pool currently. Petterson, Hughes and Boeser are not prospects. Then the troll turned the discussion on its ear like he usually does. He must be bored as he’s resorting to lying pretty regularly these days.

I do find it odd you seem to have a lot of time for vilardi, but not joulevi
