The Fuller family (Earls restaurant) have deep pockets. They just did a hostile takeover of Cactus Club restaurant chain two or three years back. The guy who started the Cactus Club hit up the Fullers for backing but had to give the Fullers the option of buying him out at the current market valuation any time, he didn’t have a leg to stand on when hitting them up for backing. However it took the Fullers a while to do the hostile takeover because the Cactus Club was doing really well meaning the market valuation was too rich for their blood, but when Covid hit Cactus Clubs valuation dropped considerably giving the Fullers the opportunity to takeover at a low valuation. The owner of the Cactus Club was pretty devastated. Mind you, he got hundreds of millions out of the takeover.

Yeah...there are some high end spots on that list for sure...
.....restaurants are (allegedly) a good business for "moving money" around (allegedly) not that any of that would be happening at any of those.
....just a general comment.
For showing a loss? That makes sense.

I partied with Bud Fuller one night in the late 80's...he would have been closing in on 60 at that time.
The rest of that story is in a vault.

I believe Ron is Axiom and Bosa Development, can’t remember what Nat’s company name is. Ron and Nat are brothers, apparently they don’t talk.

Aw hell, naw.
I can't even enjoy a Pizza Hut classic pan anymore? Sure, it ain't great, but it's not inedible either.
There's no joint that you can get a take out medium sized pizza freshly out of the oven for under $11. The daily deal pizza is cheaper and better than any frozen junk you can buy. In this economy, it's a real way to feed families.
Damn these wops are ruining my life. Get yer fingers outta my pie!

Beedie, they have that major project happening on the waterftont in Coquitlam called Fraser Mills. That’s quite a project.
