Find me an available tougher top pairing dman to bump stetcher outta here. He needs to primarily play sound in his end.
Jake muzzin or Peitrangelo are your model range which can include...either of them
The team could catch fire with a key acquisition at the right time.
Whatcha got?

Fuck thats bold!Cherry Picker wrote: ↑Thu Feb 06, 2020 8:00 am No action in here, considering how close the trade deadline is.
I like Jake on the top line, and with Lind, Bailey, MacEwen, Podkolzin and Hoglander in the pipeline, the Canucks have most of their top prospects available on RW, sooooo....
Trade Brock Boeser for Noah Dobson
Then trade either Tanev for a first or Stecher for a second whichever won't resign at the price the Canucks want to offer.
Toronto just traded a 2nd and a 3rd for a backup goalie, and the media says they won the trade. Over-paying is a thing again. The Brown Wizard wrote: ↑Thu Feb 06, 2020 8:23 amFuck thats bold!Cherry Picker wrote: ↑Thu Feb 06, 2020 8:00 am No action in here, considering how close the trade deadline is.

I like both moves but nobody will pay the 2nd for stetcher
Ha! After Dumbass who's the next dumbass-est GM who will overpay for garbage?Tciso wrote: ↑Thu Feb 06, 2020 8:39 amToronto just traded a 2nd and a 3rd for a backup goalie, and the media says they won the trade. I am increasingly convinced Stetcher will be available to the highest bidder come the offseason, and that it’s not unlikely there will be no takers because teams interested (and their will be some) will gamble that he won’t be qualified and they can sign him to a better UFA than RFA deal. And the Canucks will not qualify him.
Brock is in a slump. He is Pettersson's best friend. He will not be in a slump permanently. I've looked around and seen many trade BoeserThe Brown Wizard wrote: ↑Thu Feb 06, 2020 8:23 amFuck thats bold!Cherry Picker wrote: ↑Thu Feb 06, 2020 8:00 am No action in here, considering how close the trade deadline is.

To be fair Olli Juolevi has had back (June 2018) and knee (Dec 2018) surgeries to stall his development. Typically it takes two years post op to feel back to 100% for a pro sports player. Still has some soreness in other areas of his body I assume because he's using other muscles to compensate for his recovering bod'The Brown Wizard wrote: ↑Thu Feb 06, 2020 10:58 am I dont think we will ever see Juolevi hold down a permanent roster spot on Vancouvers blueline. Not unless he suddenly takes offseason training seriously...(i suppose it could happen...not likely at this stage)
