I'd say that is the only reason any of us are still here.

Anything but the orca.

F the whale.

Calm down and let the harpoon go limp, that's not what I meant...

If you hit two at the same time, it's way better

Thatcher Demko will be back in the Vancouver Canucks lineup this Thursday!
It's really hard to get excited about this... I honestly wish him the best, but how many games will we get this time?

Vegas is probably taking bets on if he will finish the game too

Will we get Bubble Demko or Bublé Demko?

What does insider Seravalli say?

Just need him to last long enough to convince some other team that he can provide the goaltending they need for this playoffs, then have the sense to sell high on a player who seems very unlikely to still be near the top of his position by the time the Canucks can get it turned around.

Multiple injuries over his career.

Hurt annually, often more than once.

Rumours of psychological issues in terms of his health.

3 years 8.5 million starting next year for what amounts to damaged goods.

There is zero talent in our front office capable of that sales pitch.

We can only hope he comes back strong enough, and with play that is good enough, to make the sales pitch himself.
