Starfleet Academy looked promising.
It's not.
Woke or not - it's just aimed at teenagers, I'm guessing. Watched the first few, but got bored with it.
Rewatching Silicon Valley - great show.

...I thought she did a very solid acting job in that series.
You'll see what I mean as you move along....

Series ain't over. One more season coming.
I've been a fan of Zoe since I saw her in JJ Abrams Star Trek reboot in 2009.
Colombiana cemented her as a good actress.

There's a lot of past tense in there that could easily be read as you saying the series is done.

Looking forward to season 3.
She's sexier when she's not blue.
And has a helluva body for a 47 y/o woman.

Watching 1923 with the wifey. Super cool watching the transition from candles/horseback to electricity/model A’s.
I’m a sucker for period pieces, particularly westerns.

I've heard rumour of a 10 episode Cape Fear mini-series on Apple coming in June (originally Mitchum in the 60's and in the '90's a lean and mean DeNiro with a breakout role for a very young Juliette Lewis)....
Javier Bardem as Cady (that could be something)
Amy Adams
Executive Produced by Spielberg and Scorcese.

I just started a couple of the Yellowstone spin-offs.
Marshalls and Dutton Ranch. So far not disappointing.

Like Dutton so far (granted only 1 episode watched)...
Marshall's not so much for me.
You saw 1883 and 1923?
Sheridan also has a New Orleans Gangsta thing coming out with Sam Jackson playing the lead.

This one is easy to like. Beth and Rip were my favourite characters from the OG.
Marshall's not so much for me.
It's not as good as Dutton. It's one of those "background noise" series for me right now.

I watched the first 3 episodes of 1883, they were solid. McGraw does a better than average job of acting in everything I've seen him in (which isn't a ton I admit), and Sam Elliot is rock solid for me. Unfortunately I missed a chunk because someone had the last episode on at work and I thought it was the net one up (didn't realize I was that many weeks behind) and so then I didn't go back to catch up.
1923 was fucking awesome. I was hoping for a 3rd season there, but instead they are dropping it and jumping ahead again, next series will be 1944.
Sheridan also has a New Orleans Gangsta thing coming out with Sam Jackson playing the lead.
The guy doesn't put his name on shitty products. I don't think I've watched anything with him involved that I haven't liked.
