Watch him come out and dominate now. His character has been questioned pretty hard and I can see a talent like that wanting to shut up the critics.micky107 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 27, 2019 11:09 amDarren Dreger

I see the dudes favorite player Nolan Patrick is out on another long term injury.
Imagine how hard the flyers are kicking themselves over that pick

Yeah the infamous two year "bridge" for Laine, he'll completely terrorize the NHL with goals and make bank asap. The Brown Wizard wrote: ↑Fri Sep 27, 2019 11:41 amWatch him come out and dominate now. Yup on hf/flyers board they feel sorry for Patrick and his migraines, but some are mentioning the two players picked after him, Heiskanen and Pettersson. The Brown Wizard wrote: ↑Fri Sep 27, 2019 11:54 am I see the dudes favorite player Nolan Patrick is out on another long term injury.

Yeah I remember Bob McKenzie talking about Patrick prior to the draft and some alarm bells went off when describing him, things like “he’s not very dynamic”. That one stuck out alone. The big guys are still being drafted high like Kirby Dach, I was on the fence with Dach, hence another Patrick but in the games I saw him play he was very impressive, especially with the puck, fast and competitive and plays with a bit of moxy and always pushing the play, a real puck hound. I never saw that with Patrick even though for some reason in junior he was putting up points. Patrick did play on a stacked Wheat Kings team. That might have something to do with it

It was a terrible pick. The hype was that he was the next trevor Linden or joe niewendyk and the flyers bought the hook bigtime.
