“Tyler Myers is my guy... I was taking to Scotty Bowman last night and he was bringing up his name, and saying he’s a big guy and big guy need big minutes to play, he is playing great for ya… and I agree with him… He’s been exceptional” - Bruce Boudreau

Just finished Ray Donovan
Apparently season 8 possibly November
Good series
Other than the season where a character unnamed died, it was good. Liev Schreiber said there will be an ending. It got cancelled after season 7 but apparently someone will pick it up. I liked Avi a lot. He was in Scarface.

Not sure if you get this in Canada, but here in Sweden both Netflix and HBO now offer Unknown Soldier, a Finnish movie that is often referred to as one of the most realistic war films of all time, as a five episode TV series. If you can find it - watch it!
The book, that was written by Väinö Linna, who himself fought in the Continuation War against the Soviet Union, is a Finnish classic but caused a major stir when it came out as the Finnish soldiers, as described in his book, were not heroic. They were normal people with fears, obsessions, gambling and drinking habits, who just happened to be sent into battle. At the time it was considered almost treasonous to portray them as such flawed characters, but today we hail it as an unusually honest and realistic depiction of soldiers in war.
It has been filmed at least three times, in 1955, 1987 and 2017 (iirc) and all three films are masterpieces and definitely worth watching. Naturally, special effects have improved, but the book/script is so good that all three are worth the watch. The TV-series available now is basically an extended version of the 2017 movie, cut into five pieces. Strongly recommended. Almost all main characters die. It's shitty, dirty and pointless. except, they're fighting for the survival of their nation. Vibes of Private Ryan.

Per was more of a Vilse i Pannkakan kind of guy
That is a totally psychedelic fucked up trip of a concept i must say Per
Amazingly, everyone is talking about how much they hated that show. I simply never watched it.
But we only had two channels back then, so I guess some people just remained seated in front of the telly even though they hated what they saw...
I guess some people here might like it though...it was all about sock puppets...
