Kids need more field trips like that. They marched, the aboriginals marched, the Black Hebrew Israelite, protested. Students became targets of both of the other groups and refused to respond. No violence, no riot squads, no truncheons, no tear gas. A great lesson in civics on a visit to their nations capital.
The afternath media frenzy to use all three groups as pawns highlights the media has become the message. No longer reporting news, but creating it and shaping it to fit their own agendas.
The kids got a fantastic learning experience, far more than what was planned in their field trip notes.
Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.
