Last original Spotnick, Bob Lander (guitar), has passed away.
Ove Johansson (drums) and Björn Thelin (bass) died in 2017 and Bo Winberg (lead guitar) in 2019.
The band has had several other members over the years (1958-2019) though. Especially on drums.

Sad. The Spotniks were the greatest band to ever come out of Sweden imho, and one of the coolest instrumental groups of the era.

They were huge back in the day, but most kids haven’t even heard of them, which is kind of odd since they actually kept playing gigs and doing the odd tour all the way up till 2019.
