The only show I make a point of watching these days is True Blood. A bit of comedy - a bit of gore - a bit of sex, and some interesting characters.

Totally out of the TV loop here in Europe. Heard through the grape vine that "Modern Family" is a good show. Have my reservations though for whatever reason. Mostly stick to the shows I watched before leaving Canada, though their entertainment value inevitably begins to wane as the years pass. Pretty much stopped watching the Office for that reason.

Lately I've found Entourage's slipping. Heard Pratt on the radio awhile back complaining of the same thing and gotta say I agree!

Guess that's the problem with a lot of successful shows. It's hard to keep it fresh for so long. It's funny when you compare that to UK shows which typically only last about 3 seasons, only having about 6 episodes per season - quite the contrast.

Anyone have any suggestions for new shows? I've got a horribly offensive sense of humour. If South Park, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Seinfeld, etc. are your sorts of shows, I'm all ears.

One of my Favorite shows is Deadliest Catch. It's crazy what those guys go threw to catch Crab

On a sad note one of the best guys on that show passed away

RIP Phil Harris. You are gonna be missed

Not an actual series but has anyone heard of Children's Hospital? Little slow, I know, but I just heard of it by accident. Check out "Episode 1." DISCLAIMER: Horribly offensive and juvenile.

Yes - they've started showing on the Cartoon Netwook (at night). Great stuff.

Always Sunny is awesome! I must say I am intrigued to watch more for sure. :) That show is so wrong but so funny. lol

Criminal Minds is something I get into on and off.
I like Chuck for some goofy comedic stuff.
Not into Glee, and although I heard it's well written, I don't think I could do musical theatre each and every week.

Entourage has slipped quite a bit this year. Very unimpressed with the direction of the show so far.

A good number of friends are into True Blood, so I might give that a go...

I sometimes work unusual hours and would rather spend as much of my free time doing active things with my family I find that the majority of my TV viewing is usually PVR'ed. Besides I don't want to watch ads and find it much more relaxing to just skip through them.

I thought it was awful for a good chunk of last season and I'm a huge honk. Ari...............the real Ari needs to resurface. Drama has been cut off at the knees and FFS wasn`t Turtle better off with Rufus`s daughter or the young preppy from college than Jamie Lynn or the Mexican ??

Well, credit where credit is due. The last three episodes are probably the best 3 episodes in the last three years. Keep it up Doug Ellin.

Agreed Bob. Great to see Ellin push Piven and Grenier this season.

I'm going to have to agree as well. I was pretty disappointed with the direction of the show as a whole but the last few episodes have been pretty good. Nice to see E grow a pair and stick up for himself again. I like that they've finally given "the star" of the show a decent storyline too. Drama continues to be as entertaining as ever. Hopefully they can keep it up.
