Well, everyone had crappy rosters this year, which at least in part explains why Germany and Latvia could be so competitive.
But, no excuses. Canada won, Germany reached their first final and Latvia earned their first ever medals.

Congrats to all three!

Silovs was a huge part of Latvia's success and was named best goalie and MVP of the tournament.
