Looks like the the sort of line up that played the preseason opener against the Flames a year ago.

I guess the starters already have their Gm 1 chemistry worked out.

Wasn't it like a decade of us playing scrubs till the last minute, then being shocked when the real games started and the team was a tire fire.

And then last year they finally got the opening night lineup going early in preseason, hit the ground running and we had one of our best starts ever?

And now we are an ahl team in our second to last game..... again.....

Seriously, I believe the minimum requirement is 8 vets (30 games previous season) = 240 NHL man-games.

We must be setting a record for lowest NHL man-games in a pre-sea game ever here.

Ya gotta think Karlsson is done in Van. He's not waiver exempt this year and I could see another org taking him off the wire

Puckpedia says he's waiver exempt.

Interesting. I heard it on the radio today but if they're wrong then there's nothing to worry on. He's a B- prospect at best anyway

I'm thinking he has the edge on Aman this year for the spare Swedish forward spot.
