Flyers are up by a goal in da turd
Az and Chi could play to a 3 point game
Montreal could beat the Tampa
Ottawa beats the Laughs
Shit, even San J could win!
Still having wet dreams of Bedard I see. Get over it, Mad…you’re getting weird about it

Uh… you have been honking on bobo too much again. I’m the guy saying we will never draft 1st OA, especially this year. This team will lose 2 spots in the lottery, just like usual.

Go troll somewhere else.

The Pittsburgh Penguins going through the aging stars crisis, their top three amigos Crosby/Malkin/Letang are entering their swan song years, one foot in the grave in NHL years.
Mike Sullivan's press conference last night was a real low for him as Penguins coach.

None worse than this quote where he admits he isn't up to the task in regards to how he deploys his lineup;
Kovacevic:'Early mistakes by Jeff Carter, Brian Dumoulin cost the Penguins another critical loss and, afterward, I asked Mike Sullivan ... why does he keep playing them?'

More Sullivan on Carter/Dumoulin: "Those are easy guys to pick on, but what I will tell you is all year long we've put them in difficult circumstances. Those guys play against top players in defensive situations all the time."
Pittsburgh has been spoiled all these late decades with the Lemieux/Jagr era to the Crosby/Malkin era, unfathomable lucky drafts to have that much success to be spoiled by that all these decades and accolades. Their fans not going to be used to this losing era they are undoubtedly going to be in.

And Hextall ain't doing them any favours, in hindsight, he shoulda went all-in on Horvat, multiple 1st rounders+ to help keep them afloat as Crosby/Malkin can still do damage scoring wise.
Can the Canucks just win a Cup within the next 5 years.

Horvat is starting to garner negative attention for his offensive ineptitude on long island. I would imagine he's starting to regret listening to his money grubbing agent

The Montreal Canadians are right proper tanking cause they are smart and don’t give a shit about being politically correct. They see the foundational players sitting their in this class in the top 4, pretty much dressing an AHL line up, while Tocchey Hockey is overplaying it’s stars for meaningless wins. Your Vancouver Canucks - they are a politically correct organization always

1971 repeated in 2023

1st OA Montreal - Lafleur (Bedard)
2nd OA Columbus - Dionne (Fantilli)
9th OA Vancouver - Guevremont (Reinbacher)

This should be no surprise to anyone. I actually commend the new crew for averting disaster here. Chef was irritated with the Hronek trade but getting Beauvillier, Hronek, Raty for just Horvat and a 2nd is a coup.

aha maybe the isles will get knocked out 1st round vs the mighty Eastern conference teams that are loaded up with ultra tight defense slots.

Matt Dumba destroys capitals kuznetsov with a crushing hit.

Then Dumba scraps Oshie.

Bieksa approves.

Have to agree. Whether or not you agree with Dumba's hit, if he's brave enough to throw it, he has to know the repercussions. Yet, he's so scared to chuck em with Oshie that he's literally grabbing both is arms, holding them down and putting his head down into the guy's chest.

Your needy gf isn't that pathetic.

C'mon, it's Oshie, not Tom Wilson.

This league needs to be sponsored by an exterminator company. It's full of rats.

7 goals for the Isles tonight and not one single point from Horvat, yikes.

Over three minutes more ice time than any other Islander forward, +1

… I wish I could play good enough hockey so that I could sign a contract for 68 million dollars on a different team and get the privilege to have people comment on my skill set. I can see how upset Horvat will be while he sits on the corner in the mornings watching the minions on the way to their places of employment while he knows his family is set for generations.
