I’ll defer to the provincial experts as to their reasons, but I’ll trust their judgement more than the owners and players. If it was like last time, one concern for the failed Vancouver bubble was having teammates quarantine if another player or staff member tested positive. Instead of demanding that BC conform to the NHL protocol. The NHL should be negotiating around BCs needs. The rate of deaths indicate Dr. Henry has more expertise in fighting COVID than politicians in other places.
