I can't wait to see Bieksa smugly smiling at the camera and the panel tonight, giving them and the other media ghouls a big FU for implying his homerism for the Canucks. He should laugh heartily at them for blindly sucking off teams like the Coil and Leaves even though they've failed spectacularly year after year.

Yes, will be nice to have Bieksa back tonight on the panel, panel totally sucked without him the last 2 games.

So my friend unfortunately doesn’t have cable and tells me the CBC app is not showing the game tonight, can anyone help out my friend?
I’d say CBC helped him out by not subjecting him to Futility On Ice.
Tanev logged 32:58 Friday, had nine blocks as Stars advanced to conference final.
When Tanev is healthy and on he’s a big game beast. Great pick up by the Stars.

I'd for sure sign him for 3-4 years if he's keen to return to the Canucks. It also looks like he's outgrown his neverending train of injuries that marked his stay before Calgary

I don’t think he’s outgrown it, I think he’s just playing on teams where the rest of the lineup also is willing to pay the price as well as play a system that keeps grade A chances down and limits shooters to quick perimeter shots. While he was here in Vancouver he was usually getting abused by one-timers and clean looks where the shooter had a prolonged setup time and Tanev was the only guy reading the play and trying to get in the lane that, had a forward been in would have negated (or at least downgraded the quality of) the shot.
