BTW Phil Kessel is about to turn 27 and is hideously ugly.

Seguin has been pretty healthy too...plus he's a center, plus he's only 22, plus his advanced stats actually look pretty snazzy unlike Phat Phil who gets dramatically outshot while he is on the ice. At least the getting outshot thing ensures Phil fits in pretty well in Toronto
To be fair, without trading for Kessel and his one-dimensional play, the leaves might not have the second overall pick. They might end up having a 10+ overall pick instead.

It makes me happy that Leaves are content with Phil Testicle leading their team!

LOL - true that.

Agreed with Aaron - the leaves deserve the chubby man.

On the Leaf board we'd put an "All Thing Canucks" thread but no one gives a shit.

This is cause Canucks fans are intelligent enough to talk to each other on their own board!

This thread is for you, cause for whatever reason you keep showing up. Why pollute the rest of the board?

Toronto has always mattered so much in Vancouver.

I dont mind him here, good to see fans from other teams.

Tuna, the big difference is that fans on this site for most part don't have a high expectations on how the team is sitting at the moment. We don't even have an agreed upon opinion on the prospects.

Tuna you firmly believe that Toronto has all the parts to make a run and that Kessel is a super star. No one is disagreeing with you that he is good but a) he is a one dimensional player and not a leader b) the deal for him may not be as good as some believe (TO fans).

Hey all fans do it and you should expect nothng but crap from fans on another site.

Anyway, as bad as the Nucks have been for the past 40 years TO has been worse, I always try and find the silver lining.

I didn't say I minded him being here, the only issue I have is he's here to gloat when the leaves have an smidgen of success but when they inevitably fail he's nowhere to be seen.

Then to go on about how great a player Kessel is is fricking hilarious. The dude is weird. There are a ton of players in the league I hate but would love to have on the Canucks. Kessticle is not one of them!

Definitely, so it was a great idea to give him his own bridge to hide under!

LOFL, typical centre-of-the-universe Pigtown mentality!

The only reason folks talk about the Leaves is because they're so hilarious!

Take today for example.

Leiweke announces he's stepping down as MLSE CEO.

GET IT!!

Ummm... get it? :hmmm:

Okay, this is the guy who, last July, promised a Cup to Leafers and PLANNED THE PARADE ROUTE!!

... closely followed by giving Carlyle a vote of confidence and extending Nonis' contract through 2018.

And now, a year later, he throws up his arms in despair and abandons ship!!! Image

OMG, funniest team ever!

Took him exactly one year to go from YES WE CAN... to... NO WE CAN'T!

OMG they SUCK. SO. MUCH.

*rattles bars with nightstick*

BTW nice cage Tuna....

Lieweke would have never even considered Vancouver.

Who knows and who cares.

What we... do know... is that he's now kicking himself for ever considering Toronto. Image

And... that's... really fucking funny!!

He signed a 5 year deal last summer! Image

Didn't he miss the last two months of '14?
