What do you think of a pool that we pay into, with a 50/50 split between the winner and Brian (site costs)?

I would think that we could make our donations, then at the end of the pool, the winner 1/2 the amount?

To be honest I'm not crazy about the idea as we might see less entrants.

Besides, the annual donation drive seems to work.

Of course I will happily contribute an entry fee if that's the decision.

Don't like the idea of the winner taking half the pot either.

I agree with Doc. It's not broken in my eyes so not seeing the need but if the collective requires it I will assimilate

Doc is probably right. I think some of the annual participants aren't even members here.

It would likely be a much smaller group playing this year, but I'm still on board for whatever.

I always love the pay per entry fee for fantasy leagues.....but agree with comments here, particularly Topper's that pools like this are an injury crap shoot, but would add that it's more of a crap shoot since we can have many of the same players. Anyone not taking McDavid and Draisaitl?

That said, anyone here interested in an actual fantasy league with an entry fee? One separate from this pool.....with the only 2 requirements being that you pay your due and also that you have an entry here.
