Di Giuseppe and Mackey dance a strange tango with Phil getting a nice takedown after three circular do si dos.

Karel Placek face down on the ice for a couple of minutes in serious pain after a meeting near the boards I believe with Di Simone of Stockton but I didn't really see it. I did see Juulsen challenge him to a fight which he denied. Placek eaves the ice with some assistance gliding on one leg.

Much better effort tonight by the way, still, we came up short to Stockton by a slim 2-1 margin. The youth brigade of Rathbone, Silovs, Klimovich, Woo and Lockwood continued to impress tonight; Silovs is a technical machine and the four skaters all have outstanding NHL+ level skating.


Next up Abby returns home for dates with the San Jose Barracuda Friday and Sunday with Sunday's contest being a 4 pm start locally; ideal for the youngsters!
