^^^ bums.

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)

P.K. Subban has agreed to a two-year/$5.75 million contract with the Montreal Canadiens. $2.875M per year??!! Almost seems racist.... Subban had no leverage and Bergevin bent him right over. It's only 2 years deal though. Once he is a UFA, I bet anything that Subban will never re-sign with the Habs...

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)

Yeah, not sure if it's a good idea to throw young Schroeds out there as 2nd-line centre at this point.

But I could see him getting some games as 2nd-line RW when Booth and Kess come back.

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)

Ebbett might hold the 2nd-line fort till Kess gets back (rather try him than whats-his-relli).

Schroeder, I don't think you can throw him in there in a shortened season.

For me, tweaked usually goes groin in hand.

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)

You don't think Läck is ready to step up? It's what, a 48 game season? Pretty sure Lack is injured (out for a month?). But either way, Schneids would need a veteran back-up imo. Raycroft would be a serviceable option to share back up duties with Lack. Schneider- 30 games Raycroft- 9 games Lack- 9 g...

Re: MLB playoffs

Redneck rancher trick. Jehovah Witness's go missing in redneck rancher territory. Cops come looking and find what appears to be a fresh shallow grave and begin excavating. They stop digging when they find the dead mule. El Toppo kicked some serious ass in the Booth thread. Damn you Doc, right again...
