Re: GDT: Flamers @ Canucks | infamous pride night 7pm SNP

I'd love to hear from the Chaos Giraffe apologists tonight. Both goals are exclusively his fault. The first goal was the Breezers fault. You don't switch sides without calling it first. McDonuts gets his first! Meyers played both goal terribly. He could have bailed out breezy on the first, but he d...

Re: Past Canuck Players

Edit - why are we talking about JT in the past canuck player thread? I dunno, Fingers. It's not like peeps here are constantly hijacking threads and segue all over the place, right? Stay on topic? I think not. Mods gotta do something  JT will someday be a past canuck. We are ahead o...

Re: Past Canuck Players

I admit, I wanted to trade him in the summer, for 3 assets and kept Bo. But, our GM did his homework and made a good decision. But JT volunteered to be the poster boy for a bad start with his bad turnovers and hissy fits. Maybe he was menstruating. Dunno, but he is back to normal, and Bo is struggli...

Re: Past Canuck Players

Most of us were surprisingly comfortable with Miller's signing. It was his disaster of a start that had us questioning if we just signed our version of the Jeff Skinner contract. Look, I hate to gloat... ok, no I don't. But if people can't see why management decided to lock up the better play...

Re: Canucks News n Notes 22-23

With Jeremy Hronek on right D, I think if we upgrade either OEL or the Chaos Giraffe, we should be ok. Hey, if we trade for another D, and throw in an extra 2nd, can we call it #BenningBuilt? Asking for a friend.

Re: NHL business

In this instance, teams would have been aware of issues from players well before any of us became aware. They should have continued to run the ‘Hockey for everyone’ themed adds, but dumped the idea of a money grab by releasing special jerseys. Make no mistake, special jerseys are a money grab. I wa...

A two for one sale?

Maybe both team's logos.

Unsold product could be sold on schizophrenic night.

Sports should bring people together, not be divisive.
But, divisiveness makes money, and gives some people a sense of superiority. which you can't put a price on. How could you ever want to get rid of it, in hockey, or anywhere else???

Would love to see what we got in Woo for a few games too, HW. By all accounts, he's been playing really well lately, playing very physically for a now ECHL Abby Canucks team. Ya with all the injuries we actually need a LD. But I agree, I would love to see what we have in Woo. Maybe a lot like Burro...
