Re: Out of Town Scores - 2022-23

2 games a bit harsh for an understandable overreaction. It’s not like he tomahawk chopped Hartman with his goalie stick or something.

Re: GDT: Nucks @ Yotes. 7pm PST 15/3/23 snp

I missed the game. Why do they keep rolling Demko out there? I get making him feel comfortable and getting him back in a sone but you don’t need to play the wheels off him in a junk season. Maybe that’s the point, if you’re a tank conspiracy theorist (which I am not, there’s a difference ;) ). Play...

It’s nice to see, but it can stop - like now. Feel-good win time was the weekend before last. It’s over.

Tocchi Hocchi is apparently riding his stars like rented mules for mean-nothing wins.

looks like McDonough will be joining the big boys in the NHL. Dhaliwal: Believe McDonough will join the team on the upcoming road trip this week. Old news😎 That whole "burn the first year of your contract" thing that was talked about. He'll get the requisite number of games to do so - by which poin...

Re: Canucks News n Notes 22-23

This isn't intended as a slight, and maybe out of context but has anyone played competitive sports? It's about winning and nothing else matters, and if it doesn't then there is some thing wrong. Pettersson, Hughes, Miller and others aren't going to be happy with calculated losing, it isn't in their...

Canucks are currently picking 7th in the draft jumping Montreal after last nights all important win and are now just 2 points back of the flailing Flyers and the Blues! Philly are 2-6-2 in last 10 Blues are 3-4-2 in last 10 Tocchey Hockey is 5-4-1 in last 10 We are most assuredly picking 9th overal...

Re: Around the league (signings, RFAs injuries)

That 2nd round pick that they gave up for Hronek is going to sting a bit. He’s not garbage, but is Hronek really worth a first and a high second???

Well, it was short lived Isles pick, I was having wild dreams about what type of prospect we could’ve drafted with you like for instance: Some of the players drafted in recent years between picks 13-18 ‘14- Larkin ‘15- Barzal, Conner, Chabot ‘16- McAvoy, Chychrun ‘17- Suzuki, Valimaki ‘18- Farabee ...

The most important point. They are not Russian. So they speak Russian. I speak English but I am not American not British. No my whole point was that they speak Russian and are very close friends. That is just an indisputable fact. Podkolzin is Russian and they were the three Amigos when Pod was dow...

Demko looking ok with a .895 for his first game back in a while. Kind of makes you think what this season would look like with decent goaltending. Can't blame the AHL callups for holding down the fort, but Demko is going to cost us a couple draft spots down the stretch. Someone get a tire-iron FFS!...

Re: Canucks land another Russian: Vitaly Kravtsov

Lockwood would have struggled to keep a 4th-line job. 7th-round picks are ultimate longshot bets. Kravtsov is a decent gamble at that price.
