Think Edmonton and Vegas split their season series 2 - 2 but Vegas comes across as a bad match up for Edmonton IMO. McJesus and Drai will both need to have a big series to see Edmonton through, and they both could do it.

East:

Edmonton could take the series if Vegas doesn't keep their foot on the gas. The Kings dominated when they were pushing the pace, whenever they decided to protect a lead Edmonton made them pay. The Oilers blueline and goaltending cannot cope with being under constant siege.

Hellebuyck just isn't reliable, Dallas is a much deeper team than St. Louis, and the heavy-hitting blues banged the Jets up pretty good.

The way this season has gone for us this year, the Leaves will probably get into the third round just like acid on a sunburn.

Carolina has tendency to come up short in the 2nd and 3rd round.

Florida in 5 - Florida is just better all-around and Stollarz is not the goalie to take a team anywhere near the conference finals.
Washington in 7 - Carolina is solid AF, but I give Washington the edge in net.

Vegas in 6 - Edmonton can win this one, but Vegas' defence is better than LA's.
Dallas in 6 - If Helleybuck has truly gotten the monkey off his back, this series goes to Winnipeg. I'm not sure he has.
