Muzac For Munsters

The primary goal of this site is to provide mature, meaningful discussion about the Vancouver Canucks. However, we all need a break some time so this forum is basically for anything off-topic, off the wall, or to just get something off your chest! This forum is named after poster Creeper, who passed away in July of 2011 and was a long time member of the Canucks message board community.

Jesus Expat you must be as old as Gomer107. Do you have a skullet as well?
No skullet for me. I'm not old - I've just been young longer than a lot of people :drink: :mex: 8-)
I think that's the best description of it I have yet heard :D

One more legend from the road. The Mocker was known to materialize out of nowhere to terrorize truckers in the wee hours of the morning on remote stretches of the lonesome highway.

I'm sorry, I can be a bit of a dick at times, Mr Tull is a fine musician

Sorta like a Scottish version of our very own Burton Cummings. :)

Hey man, I said they are fine musicians.

I think Burton has an incredible voice!

I'm just saying they're as stupid as the day is long. :)

As stupid as Matthew Tkachuk (to coin a phrase).

Ever listen to a Burton interview? What an egotistical mother fuck.
Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.

I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

He is completely oblivious to how stupid he is.

AKA: "As stupid as it gets" (to coin a phrase).

Means he's a fa/ gay. It was meant to say no Vietnam war for Canada please.

I just like the fact there's more of a harder rock sound then when he went solo.

Nope, Burton never wrote anything deep.

But 'American Woman' is one of the songs he did lyrics-write.

Check this out:

https://www.thestar.com/entertainment/m ... es_it.html
“It had nothing to do with politics. What was on my mind was that girls in the States seemed to get older quicker than our girls and that made them, well, dangerous. When I said ‘American woman, stay away from me,’ I really meant ‘Canadian woman, I prefer you.’ It was all a happy accident.” - Burton Cummings
There you go, straight from the horse's ass himself!

You see Mick, the fact people like you think it's a song about politics is just "a happy accident”.

It seems the brainless wonder just had a problem with American gals being so "dangerously" wise!

And the fact popular phrases "War Machine" and "Ghetto Scene" rhymed also made the fuckwad happy!

Jethro and Burt would scream just as passionately about Bungle in the Jungle/I'm Scared/Dancing Fool

... as songs with actual meaning.

It's because they're morons.
