I wouldn’t give Hutton much over 3 million.
Yeah, you'd make a great NHL general manager.
Didn’t say I would.
We haven’t seen one of those for a while in Vancouver though.

Good, because only in Crazy Town does Hutton get a mere $200K salary increase..

I think Green might have a little influence on what JB does with Hutton.
If I had to make a guess, I'd say he's outta here.
He could be a piece on draft day too.

53 year old Patrick Roy, "may" be in on a coaching job with the Sens. Hey, why not...

I have no problem with his entertainment and style being back in the league.
Probably do decent in Ottawa anyways. Cant do much worse, "eh"
(He'll be ready)>>>>>>(He'll be as advertised)..

I’m poaching again from Carol Schram. Anyway, she posted an interesting site, Hockey Graphs. One they they do is predict future FA signings. Here’s the link for the Class of 2019.
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... =707766415
They have Boeser 8 years, north of 7 million. Hutton two years 2.4. Edler 3 years 5.8.
Anyway fun to look through what they predict and then see how close they are. Historically they have apparently been fairly accurate but the few signings to date don’t look accurate.

Carol Schram did an interesting piece on comparisons for Hutton’s next contract.
“Will Esa Lindell's $5.8 million cap hit impact RFA Ben Hutton's next deal?”
I put this here because I enjoy exploding heads.
Esa Lindell is a lot better player than Ben Hutton. Not even close really. I wouldn’t give Hutton much over 3 million.
Ya if anyone thinks Hutton has Lindell's value, trade him and run.

I saw that too. Nothing real off the wall, but I still say the rest of these playoffs will make a difference for EK, one way or another.

EK with a brutal giveaway and screen that lead to a Blues goal. I wonder if someone started yelling at him on the bench?
He's on for as many goals for as against.
Not that he would consider Van, but I say no to either EK or PK.

He's playing on a bad groin. But there comes a time when the team, and the player, need to recognize when playing hurt hurts the team and he needs to sit. For sure he is dynamic offensively but was never stellar on the D side to begin with. Now he is pitiful. A team like the Blues is eating him alive on D. But SJS depth on D is worse than ours. They have no one that can go in. Right now they are decimated with injuries and I love it. No love from me. No Cup for Joe.
