And as I said - she probably would have, had not the FBI announced, eleven days before the election, that they were re-opening that e-mail thingy investigation. She had been cleared once already, in July, and she was cleared once again in November. But that statement from the FBI may have scared off quite a few hesitant voters, which may have been enough to tip the balance in a close race.

The whistler blower who sent a notarized statement detailing that ABC had agreed with the Harris campaign that certain topics would be off limits (Biden's health, her term as AG in California, her brother inlaw.....), sample questions were provided to the Harris campaign, smaller podium for her and camera locations for her coverage while Trump was speaking, no fact checking of her statements..... He also claims to have audio tapes of discussions.

He also sent the same to the Speaker of the House, ABC and others. Megyn Kelly has cautiously been covering the story and the allegations the past couple of days. One US representative is now claiming there will be a congressional investigation.

For its part, ABC put out a generica rule were followed, the debate questions were not shared (whistle blower claim only sample questions) and the moderators are doing damage control pieces on ABC morning talk shows.
