Ugly in Beantown
You wonder why they traded one goalie before locking up the other one?
You don't need a goalie when you have Zadorov...

Oh ya I forgot we won the Cup with our 3rd string goalie all because we had Zadorov!

Zadorov, the man, the myth, the legend.

Of all the Canadian teams, the Habs definitely have the brightest future with Suzuki, Caufield, Guhle and Slafkovsky up with the big club and Demidov, Hutson, Reinbacher, Mailloux, Fowler, Roy and Beck on the way. Chef is seeing a major player powerhouse organization here, move over rover.

If true, that will present major headaches down the road for the Leaves.

I think Swayman is my new favorite Bruin.

The Habs have a ways to go yet. Gorton was a good hire. Said it at the time.

ESQ.... your thoughts?

We may well have if Eleven Pointsixersson had shown up. A 1.0ppg (reg season production) #40 puts us past the Oilers easily.

Would we have run out of gas if we had put Nashville away in 5? With an actual scoring threat on two lines we probably torch Skinner for a couple more per game and I suspect we probably would have gone back to Edmonton up 3-1 instead of knotted at 2 a piece.

Possibly some of the injury bugs don’t bite as hard with a bit less wear against the Preds and a bit more rest before round 2.

Likely would have run outta gas against Dallas though.
