I edited it as you were typing...

AND EDIT: It'd have to be by TDD for an 8 year, so let's just make that a 7 lol.
As long as they sign him by July 1st they can give him 8 years. His contract isn't up until June 30th of any given year so if they trade him at the draft his final year and Arizona gets a deal done before his contract expires then ya, they can give him 8 years so stick with your original opinion.....
CBA 50.8(b)(iv) on page 285

An SPC with a term of greater than seven (7) years, provided, however, that a Club may sign a Player to an SPC with a term of up to eight (8) years if that Player was on such Club's Reserve List as of and since the most recent Trade Deadline.

But hey, Matthews doesn't care, he just wants to go home! :D
Ah. Thanks for that.

Im so sad. All Im doing is sitting in my sun room looking at the Burrard Inlet and mountains. Watching the tugs. Its quiet too. With the dockworkers action trains are to a minimum. Nice weather, cool breeze. I miss Toronto. I miss the ugliness, the humidity, the pollution, the crime.

Now I do hate the skunk smell but thats another story.

Sigh, I wanna go home......but I know I will eventually. My burial plot is there.

Those are imperial-class capitals rich with history and culture. Toronto has a tower...

big... fucking... whoop...

Your city is a shithole that only pretends to compare to other elite cities.
Do you know how safe Toronto is? It's numbers are the best you'l find Anywhere. Much safer than Vancouver

Only 4th safest city in the entire world. LOL
CTV Toronto is your source??? TOTALLY objective... there’s been one murder - ONE - here since I’ve been here in Riga. How many have there been in Toront-hole since the fiscal year started??? I question the rigorousness of the study. Funny thing is even with all the Russians here, their obnoxious arrogance doesn’t even come close to the loathsome ways of Torontonians. You know it’s bad when people prefer Russian imperialists to your fellow municipal citizens.
So Per wouldn't make time to meet me in Finland so I'll be in Riga soon......Oh never mind.

Toronto is 137th most "Dangerous" place in Canada. Try finding that anywhere in the world for a city so big.

There were 44 days left in the year when 23-year-old Cardinal Licorish was fatally gunned down in the stairwell of an apartment building in Scarborough on Nov. 18. He was the city’s 90th homicide victim of 2018.

On this day, Toronto broke a homicide record set 27 years ago.

Ninety-six people were killed in Toronto this year.

The city experienced a significant spike in gun violence in 2018, with 51 gun-related deaths. Twenty people were killed as a result of a stabbing and two shocking incidents, the North York van attack and mass shooting on the Danforth, claimed the lives of 12 people.

I don't really think anyone is going to be celebrating Toronto. More accurately they'll be celebrating a group of Americans, Europeans, and an African, winning a championship while playing in Toronto.

But nobody will be celebrating the city of Toronto, not even the majority of the people who live there.

But speaking of the Raptors, I gotta say that it's super impressive to see them up 3-1 in the finals over the Warriors, considering that Golden State has 6 players who are top-10 picks and Toronto has none. Hell, the Warriors have 11 first rounders on their current roster to the Raps 5.

So now you’re calling the Toronto Police incompetent. I mean the violence is there just there won’t be any arrests. Murder doesn’t count I guess.

"Toronto police say they have arrested a second of seven men wanted after fans jumped on top of a police car at a celebration following the Toronto Raptors’ series-clinching victory in the NBA Eastern Conference Finals late last month.

Following the May 25 win, a video on Twitter circulated of several men celebrating on top of a cruiser at Yonge-Dundas Square in front of a crowd of people."
"Cops in Toronto have arrested the moronic Raptors fan who went on a live TV news broadcast and said he was going to "F**k" Stephen Curry's wife right in the you-know-where."
No arrests?

After the Finals, those police cars will be flipped over and set on fire.

Yeah, and murder isn't violent

Tuna, remember to hide your face when you look into a camera and say something fuckin' moronic. It's a bad look for TO.
