There are still a few documents that a signed fax is required but many have been replaced by a print-sign-scan-send.

Some will only accept original signed docs - snail mail and I still have a wad of carbon paper for those rare occasions.

Why don't you guys use digital faxing service? You can still sign a document digitally. I have helped many businesses move to a paperless office in my former life as a Mac IT Guru.
