I'd say the coach is management, and the one closest to the players. He's been here long enough and knows the personalities involved. He seems to making a statement that whiny bitchrs don't get first unit power play time. We'll see how that plays out.

Sorry Corn, I should have specified "upper" mgmt vs "middle."
Upper mgmt needs to see that middle mgmt has mismanaged this situation and deal with it.
Tocchet obviously doesn't have the tools to deal with this, or he would have.

By "Coach's job", I meant by having a capable coach.
