Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory..

I spent much of the game questioning the Kraken coaching. Given the Canuck D, why weren't they aggressively forechecking? A lost opportunity.

Given the banter, laughing on the bench, Miller is not the issue.

Vancouver D taking penalties, given their line up was cheating death.

DeBrusk may not want to go back to escorting Scooter.

Where Soucy makes mistakes, he makes them as costly as possible.

Is Demko on the bubble?

Juuls with another Edler.

Remember the hype on Shame Wright and the shock when his draft collapsed on him. Something scouts saw that the public didn't.

Was the ice shit? Early game, warm wet Vancouver, trying to control the atmosphere in the building.

Just over 4:20 of denial & disbelief, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance of what we already knew... that our defensive depth is AHL level without the Captain.

Was driving across the province today and couldn’t watch.

Could you expound a bit on those two comments…..I’m having a bit of a whoosh moment here.

Prior to the Nashville level collapse, plenty of between play on ice and on bench smiling and laughing banter between Miller, Brock, DeBrusk, Garland and others. At one point Sasson took a shot off his skate and was hobbling, at the following whistle the camera went to him standing on the ice with Miller and Brock giving him the gears and laughing. The team was united and having fun.

Demko, once again, with some bad goals. Some nice saves, but goals bubble Demko wouldn't be letting in. Defensive breakdowns that he wasn't bailing the team out on as he has in the past. I understand the idea of he's the #1 guy guy and needs the starts to get back into the game, however given Kevin's play, platooning the two may be a better option as points can not be sacrificed.

So there is either no issue or EP is a pouty problem child??

Interesting line up choices by this coaching staff.

Hughes playing while already hurting versus the "menial" Sharks in the game before the break and unavailable currently.

Did a brief search on Gonchar after your query the other day.

All I could find (albeit with minimal effort) is that he spends "periods" of time with the team and does the rest of his work via video from Dallas where his family lives and kids go to school.

The Sea of Murzyn's is the only true issue.

Not Miller, Pettersson, Tocchet, Benning, JR, Blob, New Jersey drones...etc

"The feud" is a total non issue. It's all about those terrible defenseman fumbling and fucking around

Exactly, the media and some posters here just can’t let it go. IMO The management is at blame here not to have any defenders capable of being a second pairing. There was a lot of concern how far the skill dropped off after QH and Hronek and it showing up now.
