I love how Sportsnet is trying to spin it like it's better for the Leaves that he'll only sign for 5 years.
But you really can't blame Matthews for wanting out. Shitty fans booing their own players/wearing paper bags/throwing jerseys on the ice, shitty city, and Nylander now the cornerstone of the franchise
