I'm wondering if Benning is confident on Tryamkin's return? That would make the loss of Troy easier to deal with (cap wise and personnel wise)
The agent said they couldn't wait any longer for the Canucks to clear cap so they extended back home. I agree, I think that would be an okay swap if Green would play him on the right side. Depends on the Tanev replacement to a degree.

Van knows what theyre losing in both Stetcher and Tanev. These 2 have been an integral part of the D getting hemmed in their own end consistently for the past few years.
Another direction is most certainly needed so see ya CT and TS. Good guys but yesterdays ginch now.

Boggles the mind, doesn't it?
We've finally gotten back into the playoffs, the team with its young core showed well and now management is trying to figure out how to take the next step.
So, the GM is boldly trying a new direction by trying to change up the same old... SO much angst over what? Season starts in January.

I certainly would not let Doyle construct my defence. It would be filled with a whole bunch of Hamonics (Stud), Bogosians, Stantons, Ballard’s and Stechers.

We needed to trade those rights years ago when we found out he and his wife hated the city.
