Nice, Donny…you’ve built up a nice cache. I thought ole Topper with all his mining stock options in companies like DiaMet, Diamond Fields, Bre-X, Teck, Wheaton, Eldorado Gold made him the most wealthiest member of the CC but I think you may have surpassed him. That’s the beauty in being a Geologist like Topper - stock options! I think he’s now into shorting stocks on the S&P with stop loss orders everywhere!!!

I saw there was a music room

I see the home went through a recent substantial renovation

Yeah...used to be a cottage and they added to both ends of it.

They did a nice job of it.

The property extends behind the house where the trees are to the street and all the way down to the waterfront.

I'd look to be adding a menagerie of stairs decks/platforms as well as more garden areas (the lady wants to grow organics) and a chicken coop to make use of the entire property as well as access the beach.

I'd make a few subtle changes to the interior/exterior of the house as well....

Realtor has some nice comparables and figures I can get it at 1.625 which leaves me some reno wiggle room.
