I know a lot of doctors, my first job after my MBA was at the county hospital, and seriously, I don't think this sounds like one.
Or maybe he just dumbed down his letter so that Trump would understand?

Zelenko’s statement, which contradicts the data collected by Schlesinger at the local testing site, caused much uproar in the community.

The Emergency Management Office of Kiryas Joel – a coalition of government and private organizations dedicated to informing the community about the current crisis – wrote to Zelenko on Tuesday, asking him to stop speaking on behalf of the community.

“Though Dr. Zelenko is not a specialist in infectious diseases, nor an expert in epidemiology, he has taken to filming almost daily videos posted to YouTube on this crisis, referring to the Kiryas Joel community, that have been widely disseminated outside of our community,” the letter said. “Dr. Zelenko’s videos have caused widespread fear that has resulted in discrimination against members of the Hasidic community throughout the region.

“This exploitation of a crisis and a community is unacceptable, because it fuels anti-Semitism and only exacerbates a problem, making it only more difficult to manage,” it continued.

It will be interesting if and when a vaccine is made available. It may be that "the covid" needs to be stamped out like smallpox; can't have it reoccurring every year and killing off old people, cancer survivors, and the immunosuppressed, for which therapeutic treatments may not be effective.

Looking forward to seeing the anti-vaxxers be hunted down and given their mandatory injection. Mick, video please!

The virus won’t go away. Which is why the vaccine is paramount. Problem is, it won’t be ready for the world for about 12 months. I’m hearing that most everyone will get the virus eventually and that our immunity to it from getting it is what will terminate it. But they are now saying that you can get it again in a second wave after your immune system has worn off, so basically - we need the vaccine like yesterday
