Touchy subject to bring up though, considering he still owes the city of El Paso more than USD 500,000 for that rally, which was held in February....

But then, considering his history, I guess it had been smarter for them to demand the money up front rather than billing him. Mr Bankruptcy is not exactly known for not paying his debts.

And he just added four trillion to the US national debt.
So, this chapter eleven thing, is that just for companies, or could the White House also file for it?
