Of course we can ...just not last night..we are retooling...I a m proud of how well we have done so far and have faith in the new regime to make some great moves in the very near and distant future....
I have faith too....faith that Benning and Linden see reality and know that the core of the team is on the downside of their careers and will need to be replaced. Faith that they will think long term and not short term fixes.

Yep. it may take a year or two but we will compete for the Cup sooner than later.

Leaves the Coyotes and Oilers who could use Lack.
Coyotes in full rebuild mode btw, all their vets are for sale I presume.
McKenzie saying Maloney has gotten instructions to cut payroll and to go into full rebuild. Mentions that Vermette will be moved

I wonder what the cost is for Doan and Yandle. Doan could be a great mentor for Kassian when it comes to being a consistent power forward. Probably more than we're willing to pay.

Same game (Leaves @ Ducks) Vatanen may have just put Booth's career out of it's miserly.
Yet another concussion, caused by an elbow to the chops,.....

It was almost like Booth was trying to get hit and just skated into Vatanen's elbow.

The price for Doan and Yandle would be astronomical!!! like Sbisa plus at
least a 2nd.
Right now there's probably a crazy bidding war for Yandle.
I'd see what the cost of Hanzal would be, he's a beast, I can see him centering Shinkaruk/Jensen in the not too distant future.
