We haven't figured out what to do with the gym just yet - but I would welcome any small brewery to set up in there.

We'll be adding one. The attic could add another 10,000sf - then there's a nice flat area in the middle of the roof we plan to use (someday!) - put a widow's walk up there, and watch some sunsets (or the dog run away for 3 days).

Rooms aren't empty - they're either studios or storage, and the kitchen is pretty much the original Home Ec room, set up for gas and electric, but we just use electric. The kitchen is also the 'living room' and has work space.

And in Nebraska, it would keep the cows off the patio.

Living on the flats a rooftop lookout is useful for tornadoes...cornucks house will be the 2nd highest point in town behind the water tower. Grain elevators dont count
