Rural Nebraska is a good place to be right now. Not many options for social interaction without a pandemic. I think we've had one positive case in our county so far, but the counties south of us in Kansas opened up too soon and seeing more cases now. People are generally respecting the rules and regulations.

eBay - 33,000 sf for 100k. Not sure what that would cost in the lower mainland (or Vegas, the first stop down here).

Pretty much. We looked at a few other places first, but this one suits our needs just fine. An beautiful old school from 1907.
