Your team should have better prospects because your team sucked balls for years. It has only been recently that the Canucks have declined because of the aging vets on the team. Right now your beloved Laughs are only a few points behind a team you mock.

What 23 game sample size? He's been in the NHL 5 years. He was very good last season. You're acting like this is so out of character for him. Statistically it's not. And Ladd's production actually dipped the older he got. You want a fresh sample. Niot a guy who had a career year 4 years earlier.

Based upon "the last 5 years" Kadri is a 3rd-line player

... deserving of no more than $3M per (on a shorter term).

The funy thing is, teams like Winnipeg and Buffalo are considered "Years" ahead of the leaves, right? Why aren't they farther ahead then? The leaves started their rebuild 5 years after Edmonton and beat them bad this week.
