He's playing fine overall, it's not meant as a major criticism, but you kind of have to hope the best player on earth gets the puck up a little more on that one. Plenty more chances to come though, I'm sure.

Looking at Necas in this game just makes you wonder what could have been if management had traded Pettersson for him per the rumors. Necas looks as dynamic now as Pettersson was in his heyday.

The only hope we have left is that Pettersson starts giving a shit about hockey again and mans-up.

Why did we trade him and not JT?
