Nice to see the Nucks stuff it to the Cock on his NHL debut. In tribute to Strange, seem to remember him calling Bab-Cock that. Strange would be approving from above with this game.
Just had to say, surprised that Mess11 didn't like the Oil hiring the Cock. He thought that the Cock was an a-hole, dirtbag of a human being; the kind of guy u don't want associated with your hockey franchise. I found it kinda odd cuz it was coming from the a-hole/dirtbag himself. Well, him and Iron Mike, especially when they were both with the Nucks. I seem to recall that Gino29 said he didn't like the way Mess & Keenan were treating Trev16 and some of the long serving Nucks during that time. Gino stood up and said something to their faces and threatened to put them in their places. Both those guys were pissing in their pants and Keenan shipped out Gino the next day.

I’m liking this Cotter kid.
Don’t get too attached. You know he is an
American.
No risk of that.

Friedman pointing out what’s important. If Cotter keeps playing like this the Canucks will get a first rounder for him at the TDL.
Every player with the organization currently over 25 whose hockey-playing value exceeds his leadership/intangibles value or teammate-protection value needs to be turned into draft picks by the 2030 draft. Cotter is almost 27. I hope Cotter has a career season, sparks a bidding war, and is traded away by mid-February.
Just as long as the ownership/management group can stick with the program...
[Just noticed that there is no 'prayer' emoji. Odd, given the circumstances.]

Good to see the Canucks beating the Oilers. I think the Oilers are in for a long, disappointing season

I was planning on starting the one tomorrow. Pretty sure Canucks lost every game day thread I started last season. We can let this season get out of control and have the boys get some self belief.

Sure why not. Anything to ensure a Flames loss

Oilers debut.
Despite some players best attempt he has in fact coached in the league before!
