That is optimistic. With our luck, we'll dope him up, and then he won't be tested til the day before we have him traded.

Turf his ass to Utica after the first exhibition game. He can spend the entire year there and maybe he packs it in after the season. They won’t get much cap space but they will gain a roster spot. And the fans wont have to watch a guy go through the motions for another year.

I mean I don’t know. Do you give him an honest shot in camp? Or just give him the boot right off the hop and get his attitude out of the room. He’s had three full seasons here and has played with the team’s best players for long stretches but he still looks lazy and disinterested. As much as I bash on Sutter, he sure as hell is not lazy. Overpaid and hopefully redundant later this season..... but he isn’t lazy. Eriksson has mailed it in since he got here.

Eriksson gotta go down or everyone will be trying to pick him up. No win situation having him here.

Eriksson has hated it here from day 1. I despise him, but he’s a UFA out of a shitty UFA class who had past success playing wing with the Sedins for Sweden. I’m not as irritable with the signing as I am with the individual, if that makes sense.

Epic post right there!!! Couldn't agree more. AT THE TIME: It was considered 1 million too much, B U T, everyone pays too much for UFAs.
