TV Shows: What are you watching?

The primary goal of this site is to provide mature, meaningful discussion about the Vancouver Canucks. However, we all need a break some time so this forum is basically for anything off-topic, off the wall, or to just get something off your chest! This forum is named after poster Creeper, who passed away in July of 2011 and was a long time member of the Canucks message board community.

Thought Ripley was well done.

Watched the new Anthony Jeselnik special on Netflix the other night. It should appeal to the non-PC crowd here.
Some good stuff, but I found it a little predicable in the 2nd half.

I actually thought the ending of Yellowstone was ok. The last 15 or so episodes were pure cheese but they did ok with the ending. Curiousxtocwhere they go with the franchise. I know the Helen Mirren and Harrison Ford part of it is putting out a second season.

Going to check out the second part of Horizon soon. Part 1 was very clunky, jumping all over the place. The cinematography was brilliant however.

Sounds like the ending of Yellowstone was not what it was supposed to be. They weren’t done but had to be because of a falling out between Costner and Sheridan. Unfortunate because I was loving that show.

I’ve always like Costner. But he is the king of failed concepts. So many movies that had stories with huge potential but ultimately were poorly executed or ran into budget problems. Costner was never bad in any of them.

Squd Games S2 is OK. Not a fan of how evolved, though.

If you really liked the first one, you'll enjoy the 2nd

"A Man in Full" on Netflix. Jeff Daniels makes it worth watching.

I'm so far behind you lot.

Just finished Vikings and now on to Season 4 Walking Dead.

Tuned up are:

Season 1 Dune

Season 1 Penguin

Season 2 of House of Dragons and Lord of Rings thing

I think for more extended viewing I'll watch House of Cards when Walking Dead begins to bore me.
