Re: Topper's Grilling Advice!
Topper, how would you grill lamb?
Have a preferred seasoning?
When I say lamb, I mean chops.
Dad (a retired chef) only used a dry rub on them but he won't tell me what's in the rub mixture...yet. I am guessing it's his lure to have us come over for a BBQ from time to time.

Re: Topper's Grilling Advice!
Juniper and rosemary are my favourites for lamb.
Get some good Greek yogourt and hang it in cheese cloth to drain, then mix in some finely chopped fresh mint and let it sit for a couple of days in the fridge. Serve that with the lamb.
I had a discussion with our camp cook about secret recipes (she apparently has several). She was shocked when I said I detest the idea of secret recipes and asked me why.
Simply put, food is to be shared.
based on her cooking, the longer her recipes remain a secret, the better.

Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.
I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

I miss lamb - it's impossible to find out here, and special order is prohibitively expensive. Please - don't post photos of a nice grilled chop or rack...I beg you.
