If round 1 Perimetersson shows up he should be tasked with nothing more than coughing in McDavid’s face and passing his illness on to the Oilers. If he can’t accomplish that just bench him.

All things being equal, I hope Pettersson doesn’t show up again and the Canucks win despite him. Let them go all the way and take home their first Cup with Petey registering 3 points for the entire playoffs. Prove he’s not needed and then ship his ass out to the highest bidder.

I really feel like the Canucks can adjust and may surprise the pundits who give them little chance if any. They did what they had to against Nashville, I think they can against Edmonton as well.

He just looked so terrible in the first round that part of me wanted it to be an injury.
the flip side is he can't fix an injury through willpower so if this is all in his head there's more hope he gets out of it for this round.
