How are you specifically ‘fighting for our time slots’?
You legally protesting somewhere?
Hello. Hello. Is there anybody in there........
I simply asked a question, wondering if you were actually, physically doing something, or simply lying and bullshitting on the internet for attention.
You understand your posting a bullshit opinion on a hockey newsgroup does nothing to sway anyone’s opinion, right?
(Should you infer that your online opinion is worthless, you are of course, correct). Do you feel like your some kind of ‘internet avenger’ righting the wrongs?. “Look out, here comes SUPER GOMES! The masked internet avenger!”. Your super powers include window licking and eating rainbow crayons.
Don't stick your arm in a piece of moving machinery.
You should probably delete that post.
So Super G, are you going to answer the original question I asked you, or just keep squirming like your uncle taught ya?
don't say I didn't warn you.
Warn me about what? When your opinion would be relevant? Or when you were gonna answer the question?
Or are you scared to answer as that would be used to prove your a liar (again) and your opinion flip flops faster than you can say ‘crayon muncher’
I don't and never have gone to protests.
Ahhhh, okay NOW we're getting somewhere!
So then how exactly are you "fighting for our effing timeslots"?
(and by "effing" do you mean "fucking"?)

Honestly? I'm fighting for our effing time slots for live home games.
I’ve seen it said the Canucks will be allowed to play in Vancouver, but teams from other provinces won’t be allowed so they will have to automatically default two points to the Canucks for all those road games.
I’ve seen it said there is a lot of push back on this plan, so they might have to make a new division with only the Canucks in it. The winner of the other divisions will play the Canucks for the Stanley Cup.

Dec. 31: Training camps open for seven non-playoff teams.
Jan. 3: Training camps open for the remaining 24 teams.
Jan. 13: Opening Night, Tampa Bay Lightning raise Stanley Cup banner.
April 12: Trade Deadline.
May 8: End of Regular Season.
May 11: Stanley Cup Playoffs begin.
July 15: Last possible day of Stanley Cup Final.
July 21: Expansion Draft (Seattle Kraken)
July 23-24: NHL Draft (Location: TBD).
July 28: Opening of Free Agency.
October: Beginning of 2021-22 season.
I've kind of been thinking all along that BC and Quebec would be the potential trouble spots given their more meddlesome authoritarian political traditions. Of course Alberta is always open for business.

There's been a lot of focus on British Columbia health officials not signing off on #NHL's protocols, but hearing that province is not alone.
Both Ontario and Quebec have also not signed off for Habs, leaves and Sens to host games. Talks expected to continue early this week.
Fuck it. Let's just give the Canadian NHL teams 1000 doses of the vaccine to cover the players, staff and workers. Get it done, and get to playing.
And before someone says this is not a good use of the vaccine, trust me. It will save lives. Suicide rates, and the lesser tracked "Death by Rampage" numbers are a growing concern. Hockey prevents Rampages.
Regarding NHL players opting out from 2020-21: League "may investigate any circumstance ... that these provisions were intentionally used to, or had the effective of, circumventing the CBA" for salary cap purposes.

If people are going to commit suicide because the NHL is suspended, I won't miss them.
Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.
I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.
