Neither one should be a story at all of course

... but you're right, in Leafland these will be huge stories.

Stamkos LOL... Leaf fans are always focused on a future scenario that never comes to pass.

"Ontario-born superstar NHLer wants to come home!!"

Deja vu all over again.

Hmmm.. his parents just moved from Ontario into a house close to Steve's home in Tampa

... and word is that the cap is going up next year.

Look for Stammer to re-sign an 8-year deal with the Lightning very soon.

Look for Leafland to start obsessing with... some other... big-name player very soon.

Look for The Cock to bench Corrado on Tuesday and Leaves to waive him on Wednesday...

So he'll be in the Canucks lineup vs. the Flyers on Thursday?

Nope, Canucks will send him directly to Utica where he belongs. :mex:

Over the Internet, you can pretend to be anyone or anything.

I'm amazed that so many people choose to be complete twats.

Franson did want to come home to the Canucks... just like BC boys Hamhuis and Garrison before him.

Unfortunately, Rummy's Vancouver Canucks weren't interested. :(

But no Ontarian with a lick of sense who is any good wants to play for the Leaves though.

(they know all-too-well of the maniacal environment in Pigtown)

Tampa's own Stamkos gets a kick out of stirring up that hornet's nest by clicking on "like" here and there.

Jarrett Stoll, washed up right handed 3rd line C faceoff ace $800k for the season, UFA at the end of the year hits the waiver wire.

Claim Stoll. Send McCann to World Junior team. No downside that I can see.

Except his Coke habits may not be what the Canucks want around.
The only HW the Canucks need

We should give him a crack. Also allow us to send McCann to World's.

Even if he blows, we can always waive him and bury his entire salary. We want a winning culture right?
