That bodes well for the Canucks. Their highest paid player should have fresh legs for the playoffs then.

I agree. Conn Smythe?
I hope so.

If it is true he is nursing a groin injury, or some type of lower body injury, the week off could work wonders for him. That's all I'm saying.

Rags win the Presidents Trophy. I’m sure that will be a relief to some that it’s not the Canucks.
I guess they’re doomed, right?

LA loses in regulation. Can’t catch Nashville now, so Nashville is locked into WC1.
LA and Vegas still fighting for third in the Pacific (very likely playing the Oilers, but still could be the Canucks) or WC2 (very likely playing the Stars, but still could be the Canucks). Canucks very likely playing Nashville.

This place is jumping! Are all the threads from the last four years completely gooned?

Brian has changed the site over to a different host. Not all of the database was cleanly updated, so older threads are 'gooned' for now. He doesn't want to fuck with the site this close to the playoffs, so hopefully everyone can work with this. For whatever reason, people aren't posting / visiting as much, but we can create new threads where needed.

Ya why not lock all the old threads and people can start new ones as we go?

I'm not sure how the rebuild could / would work, so locking them might mess things up (?) - but it is worth starting new threads, and I'm assuming most regulars use the "New Posts" link?

If all else fails I'm sure the database can be rebuilt from Doc's archives ;)

Unread Posts is what I use.
