Re: L-GDT: Canucks host Blackhawks Nov05.25 @ 7 PM PST SNP
It was a night to forget, just no puck luck. I hope coaching does not look at the game of what not to do, i.e. play an open style of hockey that was fun to watch but look at the little things that lead to Chicago scoring. 2 games in a row that they had 30+ shots, if they can keep that up goals will ...

Re: Is there a "Doctor" in the house?
I am still trying to get my head around a "death tax".
I was not aware of a specific tax like this unless it is called something else? I know in Japan there is a harsh inheritance tax so maybe that it what it means?

Yep a shutout.
So why do they say PO Joseph instead of just Joseph?

Re: The Petey Predicament
I would think the Canucks have had him working with a skating coach, maybe this is just him now?
Hate to think that a bunch of old timers on a hockey board can see something that coaches and management can’t. If this is true then we are all doomed.

...and then there are his Swedish meatballs. Is this what they serve at IKEA? I remember a trip to Germany for business, in and out in 3 days. We went out for dinner and I love sausage/meat so still me I ordered a wiener. I was never so disappointed in my life expecting a solid sausage and I get ...

Solid effort by a depleted team and Demko didn’t have to stand on his head.

Re: Canucks News N Notes 25-26
I have a Ukrainian/Polish mom and hers was good then my sister made it for me until she passed away. Now my wife makes it and follows what my sister told her to do. Had a Uke Baba in the family chain. Straight from the old country. The perogies (they called them varenky (sp) or petehe (sp)) and ...

Right here, impressed they got that many in the 1st. Is Nashville that bad to be down on shots to half AHL team?

Re: Canucks News N Notes 25-26
If this team can keep near 0.500 and we get all the injured players back I see a playoff team. Too much pride to not do it plus now they know what depth they really have. My positive comments of the day. Come on Canucks, most members here will soon have to have their food blended and be spoon fed.

Re: The Petey Predicament
Based upon the comments here we might as well fold up the camp and forget this team for the next 6-7 years or until they trade EP40.
Really sad state of the team and being a fan.

3 field goals to tie or lead change in the last 90 (or so) seconds I saw. Quickly off topic for a football query to a long time site user who is a Lions fan. Not a CFL guy Reef but do you think they have a chance on the road In Saskatchewan next week? No, they are a great team and have a good O and ...
